Health care services is one of the most important domains in the world. One of most important goals of healthcare services is the need of make accurate healthcare decisions in the right time. Retrieving useful historical health records of patients in real-time is necessary to provide accurate healthcare decisions. Traditional health record systems like paper-based system require time and efforts to collect, manage, and retrieve patients2019; records. Electronic health record systems were adopted to allow health staff to retrieve useful health records in real-time and consequently improve and speed up healthcare services. EHR is effective to serve patients in their local countries. Although EHR is effective for local healthcare services (i.e. hospitals within patient country), the implementations of EHR for global purposes is still an issue. EHR is not applicable for the persons who travel to other countries. One of the most important travelling purposes for Muslims is the pilgrimage journey. Each year millions of Muslims travel to KSA to complete pilgrimage rites. Pilgrims may need healthcare services and these services should be accomplished accurately in real-time which requires historical health records based electronic approaches. This study aims to investigate the importance and viability of IoT implementations to support EHR retrieving of pilgrims using electronic tags. A questionnaire with 60 academic staff and interview with five experts from KSA were conducted to address the main aim of this study. The significance of the results show that EHR supporting tags reading is a promising solution to enhance healthcare services and avoid the challenges of EHR implementations in pilgrimage

Objective: This study focuses on the antioxidant potential of Djibouti brown seaweed and their phenolic contents. Methods: We evaluated the antioxidant potential by DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) and their phenolic contents of seven Djibouti seaweed: Cytoseira myrica, Padina pavonica, Sargassum fluitans, Sargassum ilifolium, Sargassum sp, Turbinaria triquetra and Turbinaria turbinata. Also, we searched the secondary metabolites of these seaweeds. Results: We obtain a higher antioxidant activity at 60,7±0,9 % and a higher phenolic content at 199,01±0,5 μg equivalent phloroglucinol (PGE)/g dry matter for Padina pavonica. A good linear correlation (R2 = 0,898) is observed between the antioxidant activity and the phenolic content of the seaweed studied. Also, two Padina pavonica collected in two different locations have different biochemical concentrations and antioxidant activity, suggesting the influence of the marine environment on the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites and the biological activities of seaweed. The present study shows the presence of tannins, saponosides, flavonoids and steroid-terpenes. Conclusion: The species studied show interesting antioxidant activities and can be consumed to prevent oxidative stress

Numerous digital media and tools, and they are increasing diversity and growth and interference over time, and these means: Interactive television stations, digital cable, electronic press, hotspots, blogs, personal, corporate and commercial sites, social networking sites, video clips, digital radio stations, virtual community networks, mailing groups and more. Mobile phones that transmit digital radio, interactive television, websites, music, video clips, stock trading, weather, air traffic, digital maps, text message groups and multimedia. Introduction Lack of familiarity of the news television photographer with the different techniques of the concept of the mobile image that enables him to meet the requirements of the production of his work and the implementation of his visions and ideas, according to specific criteria. Lack of interest in the function and concept of television news in terms of (news function - informatics - the authentication and credibility of the event - the visual function - the psychological impact on the viewer). Objectives: Promoting and promoting news work represented in the news story in the information age and satellite channels. Set up professional controls and standards for news coverage in the theater that is binding on every photographer working in the field of news. Spread the culture of quality in the work of news media through the controls and standards of professional coverage of the news. So that the side of the esophagus corresponds to the linguistic side. Methodology This approach follows the description and analysis to reach the results. Results: The small size and low weight of the camera has become the biggest source of effort from the photographer during filming, and thus can guide this effort in skill and accuracy in performance and maneuverability, which is one of the most important elements of professional news coverage. The news photographer is always waiting - and quick-alert - and good news, not dazzling. The news photographer must have a vision before he depicts "visualization is the process of forming ideas and perceptions and revive the pulpit and visual stimuli in the mind of the individual are not before him at the time of the process of photography. Future Directions: It is recommended to study the completion of scientific research in the field of "mobile phone television" and the limits of research Is mobile phone canceled the role of mobile news cameras? Is mobile phone the place of portable broadcasters? Is the mobile phone rival to the professional news photographer? References: Visual Communication – Second Edition 2000, by words worth. Background: Excessive use of portable electronic devices causes neck flexion and the emergence of text neck syndrome (TNS). This study aims to explore the prevalence of TNS among medical students during the COVID-19 lockdown in Iraq. Methods: A prospective cross-sectional web-based study was conducted from 1st to 20th March 2021 at the faculty of medicine, Diyala University, Iraq. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed among the medical students using Google Form through social media (WhatsApp group). The semi-structured questionnaire included the sociodemographic, the valid smartphone addiction scale-short version (SAS-SV), and the neck disability index (NDI). Univariate, bivariate, and multiple logistic regression were used to analyze the data. SPSS version 16. The statistical significance is considered at less than 0.05. Results: Out of 273 medical students included in the study, 59.3% were males, unmarried (88.3%), and from the 1st year (21.6%). The mean age of students was 21.27 ± 1.74 years. The prevalence of text neck syndrome was 64.5%. About two-thirds (61.5%) of students were addicted to their smartphones and used them more than five h/daily (63.7%). Factors associated with neck disability were the students who did not warm up neck muscles before using the smartphone (OR = 8.796, 95% CI: 1.724 to 24.884), addicted to the smartphone (OR = 6.803, 95% CI: 3.455 to 13.397), experienced increase in daily hours using the smartphone during the COVID-19 related quarantine (OR = 5.370, 95% CI: 2.523 to 11.427), maintained smartphone use five hours and more daily (OR = 2.818, 95% CI: 1.422 to 5.587), had neck pain (OR = 2.876, 95% CI: 1.356 to 6.098), the female gender (OR = 2.756, 95% CI: 1.221 to 6.221), and those who did not have a frequent break when using the smartphone (OR = 2.693, 95% CI: 1.329 to 5.454). Conclusion: In conclusion, the prevalence of neck disability was high among the surveyed medical students. Addiction and excessive smartphone use with a lack of attention to warm up the neck muscles before usage was the most prominent predictors of neck disability

Background: Cardiovascular diseases are prevalent in patients with chronic  kidney disease and represent the major hazard for mortality in this population . Left ventricular hypertrophy is a cardiovascular complication in patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. Left ventricular hypertrophy in dialysis patients has generally a bad prognostic value, because it represents a risk factor for the development of cardiac arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease, heart failure and sudden death. Objective: To study  left ventricular systolic functions by Echocardiography in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis  program and their relation with some risk factors. Patients and Methods: 100 patients with end stage renal failure on dialysis were studied  by echocardiography, the patients were divided into two groups, the first group   with normal echo study , while the second group consisted of patients with left ventricular  systolic dysfunction. Risk factors  including age , sex , duration of dialysis , hypertension, DM, and hemoglobin levels were compared between the groups. Results: Left Ventricular  disorders occurred in 65% , 34% of patients showed left  ventricular  systolic dysfunction , , older age  group, longer duration of dialysis  , hypertension ,DM, and anemia were found to be significantly associated  with  left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Conclusion: Our study concluded that large numbers of end-stage renal disease patients have hypertension and diabetes as the etiology of their disease, which could be prevented by better approach in controlling blood pressure and blood sugar.         Anaemia is a major problem and as a predictor of cardiovascular risk factor for those patients. Echocardiographic Left Ventricular Study are prognostic predictors in chronic kidney disease patients, which suggest that echocardiography may play a vital role in assessing cardiac morphology and functions in those patients
